Wood-Fired Pizza

Our Italian-made wood-fired pizza oven cooks at a temperature of 800 °F. This allows the dough to spring, creating a crust that is crunchy on the outside, yet flaky and airy on the inside. Then just a bit of char adds that delicious smoky element. We serve a 12" thin crust, individual-sized artisanal pizza, which is usually enough for one or two people, depending on your appetite.
