FROM OUR WOOD-FIRED PIZZA OVEN
Our Italian-made wood fired pizza oven cooks our pies in less than three minutes at a temperature of 800+ degrees. This allows the dough to spring, creating a crust that is crunchy on the outside, yet flaky and airy on the inside, and just a bit of char adds that Delicious smoky element. We serve a 12″ thin crust, individual-sized artisanal pizza.
